1. Site publisher
The WaMarcket site is published under an individual project currently being formalized into a registered company. The legal form, registration number, registered office address and the identity of the publication director will be added to this page once the company registration is completed. For any question about the publisher's identity in the meantime, write to support@wamarcket.com.
2. Publication director
The publication director is the founder of the WaMarcket project, reachable at support@wamarcket.com. This information will be completed with a full name and precise status once the registration mentioned in article 1 is finalized.
3. Hosting
The site and application are hosted by Railway Corporation, 548 Market St PMB 88985, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States (railway.com). Images and files uploaded by shops are stored with the same host or an equivalent object storage provider. The domain name is registered and its DNS resolution managed via Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States).
4. Intellectual property
The overall structure, text, logos, visual identity, icons and source code of WaMarcket belong to the publisher or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement. Trademarks and logos of shops created on WaMarcket remain the exclusive property of their respective sellers.
5. Content of hosted shops
Every shop published on WaMarcket (products, photos, descriptions, reviews) is content provided by the seller who operates it, under their sole responsibility. The site publisher does not exercise prior editorial control over this content and is not a party to the commercial relationship between a shop and its customers (see the Terms of use, article 7).
6. Hyperlinks
WaMarcket may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, WhatsApp, external shop sites, payment or delivery providers mentioned by a shop). The publisher exercises no control over these third-party sites and disclaims any liability regarding their content, availability or personal-data practices.
7. Cookies and trackers
The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, authentication, language preference) and, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies. Details of the cookies used, their purpose and how to opt out are described in the Privacy policy, article 9.
8. Availability and liability
The publisher makes every effort to keep the site accessible 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular in the event of maintenance, hosting provider failure or force majeure. The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the site, including inaccessibility, data loss or the presence of viruses, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by the applicable law defined in the Terms of use (article 15). Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the competent courts designated in that same article.

References to these services on this site only describe WaMarcket's compatibility with them.
