1. Purpose

WaMarcket is a platform that lets sellers create an online shop, receive orders and manage them. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Information provided at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your shop and content

You remain the owner of the content you publish (products, photos, descriptions). You warrant that it complies with the law and does not infringe third-party rights. Illegal or counterfeit products are forbidden.

4. Orders and payments

WaMarcket connects sellers and customers. The sale is concluded directly between the seller and the customer: the seller alone is responsible for products, prices, delivery and after-sales service.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. WaMarcket cannot be held liable for disputes between a seller and their customers.
